Although I didn’t graduate from Winfield High School, my roots in the Viking community run deep—both of my parents and grandparents are proud alumni. I have dedicated my entire career to serving the Cowley County community, previously working as a teacher in USD 465 and with REACH tiny-k Infant-Toddler Services.

For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the principal of Country View Elementary, and I’m excited to begin my tenth year in this role. Country View holds a special place in my heart—not only did I attend 1st through 3rd grade here, but both of my children have also been students at this school.

My goal is to create a safe, engaging, respectful, and joyful learning environment where all students thrive. I am committed to maintaining the high standards of excellence that define Country View and to building on our legacy of student success.
